Things You Need to Know
We strive to get our orders out as soon as we possibly can! We recommend ordering 8 weeks before your event or occasion in which you need your item for! We usually have 6 week wait but sometimes can be less and sometimes can run over slightly so we say 8 weeks to be safe for both us and you! please note that custom orders can take longer than the 6 week wait. more complicated orders or special requests may take longer. So please note there can be extra delays, so please check with a member of staff. Please note some custom orders may take longer due to complicity. Please enquire for any questions!
Once your parcel has left us here at Plush Clubb and is in the hands of Royal Mail, the parcel is no longer our responsibility.
We can no longer supply fast track unless we have a space! So please enquire if you have any questions about delivery!
